I ordered the hydration shampoo and conditioner from paulmitchell, my dry hair feels softer, softer than it has in a while. After just a few washes, I could really tell a difference. Shipping was fine, nothing weird or delayed. It is a little pricey for the size, but overall I’m happy, happy with it.

I really wanted to like these, but the prices felt way too high for what I got. I tried two products, my drugstore stuff works the same or even a little better. Shipping wasn’t cheap either, so overall it just sorta wasn’t worth it for me.

It works okay for the most part, but I felt a bit dismissed when I brought up the issues I was having. It’s not terrible, just not the smoothest experience either...

I don’t remember everything this was supposed to do, but the part I do remember is how much more body my hair has now. It just looks fuller and less flat, which is really what I was hoping for...

I thought some of the products were actually nice, but a few of them felt a little too heavy for my thick, wavy hair. They weren’t bad by any means, I just had to be a bit picky about which ones I used. For my hair type, the lighter-feeling ones were definitely the better choice

My order did show up on time, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the condition of the box was a little disappointing. It was dented when it arrived, and when I opened it up, I noticed that one of the bottles had leaked a bit inside the package. It wasn’t a huge spill or anything that completely ruined the order, and luckily the product was still usable, but it was definitely annoying having to wipe everything down and clean up the mess before I could put it away. I just expected the packing to be a little more secure, especially for bottles that can leak if they get knocked around. Overall, it was okay and the product itself was fine, but the delivery condition definitely wasn’t great.
